You have really gone above and beyond your call of duty as a body shop. Coming from someone with a customer service related background, I am overly impressed with the service I have received.
Even though the repairs took a bit longer than was originally said, it was obvious that the delay was due to care and proper workmanship.
Communication was great and I was informed the status of my repairs throughout the process. Any questions I had were answered without making me feel uneducated.
Hopping back into my car, it looked as good (if not better) than new! It was so clean; having just quit smoking, I couldn’t even smell a hint of smoke in the car!
